Jacob Sartorius already made all our dreams come true last week by announcing that not one, not two but FIVE special guests would be joining him for the most epic summer adventure: the Sartorian Summer Send-Off Tour!

Ever since that announcement, we’ve been so stoked to see the “Up With It” singer hanging out with our faves, including Hayden Summerall, Lexi Jayde, Blake Gray and more! It didn’t take long for the talented teens to take to Instagram and grant our wish. From chilling on the basketball court to posing on some stairs, check out all the pre-tour excitement, here:
